Becky
Lead Family Support Worker
Becky works with families and siblings of children who have been or are at risk of exploitation. She engages service users is lots of creative ways. She enjoys painting, being outdoor and spending time with her family.

Jem
Family Support Worker
Jem works with families and siblings of children who have been or are at risk of exploitation. She can speak some Bengali, taught herself to play the guitar and eats a lot of chocolate mug cakes.

Josie
Project Worker and Volunteer Coordinator
Josie works Supports our young people, helps to recruit our volunteers and support our volunteers.
She loves Harry Potter and is quite fussy with food however one of her favourite foods is squid!

Niah
Project Worker
Niah works with young people. Niah’s favourite thing to do is spending time with her family on holiday. Niah enjoys the simple pleasures of life such as going for long walks with her sausage dog and finishing off the walk with a 10/10 roast dinner

Kassie
Project Worker
Kassie works with young people. Kassie love’s to travel and experience different cultures, but her most favourite things are having a lie in and eating a good Chinese takeaway 😂

Lisa
Project Worker and Community Engagement Coordinator
Lisa works out in the community helping raise awareness of all forms of exploitation and risks outside of the home together with working on a one to one basis supporting young people.
She loves going on holiday, spending time with family and socialising

Rach
Community Futures Project Worker
Rach works out in the community helping raise awareness of all forms of exploitation and risks outside of the home together with working on a one to one basis supporting young people. Rach loves drinking flat whites and baking.

Mike
Exploitation and Outside Harms Lead
Mike is our exploitation and outside harms lead and works really closely with our important partners, he also works with young people, particularly boys and young men.
He has completed the Three Peaks Challenge, swam with manatrays and sharks and holds the controversial belief that pineapple belongs on a pizza!

Sian
Educational Lead
Sian works with schools, alternative provisions and colleges to deliver education sessions to children and young people as well as deliver training and awareness to the local community and professionals. She completed a university placement in India and is obsessed with food, clothes and music.

Em
Manager
Em manages the day to day running of the office, finance and funding, HR, reporting and comms. She works hard to ensure that the amazing work that all staff do at Street Teams doesn’t go unrecognised. She loves playing drums and can play saxophone, has played for the Queen and thinks sushi is just the best!

Jade
Chief Executive Officer
Jade leads the charity with a strong commitment to ensuring that children, young people, and families receive the support they need, both from us and our key partners. She is passionate about maintaining a strategic focus that helps the charity grow and evolve, always staying ahead of new developments in the field. Jade’s leadership ensures we are making a meaningful impact. Jade is dedicated to ensuring the continuous improvement of Street Teams which helps us deliver the right services to those who need them most, now and in the future.
Jade loves going on holiday and spending time with her family, and once faced her fears and did a 15,000ft sky dive!
